Maximum compensation limit: €100,000 per recipient/day

Applied based on the increase in diesel price
Minimum percentage: 6.00%
Other Supplements
- Rerouting: €6.00 per shipment
- Oversize / Overweight: €30.00 per item
- Manual billing: €1.50 per shipment
- Collect at the post office: €15.00 per package
